Encore

Privacy policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Encore is a small tool run by one person (hi, I’m Shalvi). This page says what data Encore touches and what happens to it, in plain words.

What Encore collects

If you join the waitlist: your email address (and your name if you give it). That’s it.

If you have an account: your name and email from Google sign-in, plus whatever you add inside the app - projects, client names and email addresses, feedback your clients submit, and the case studies you create.

If someone sends you feedback: the answers they type into your feedback form, including whether they gave permission to publish their words. Anything they mark private stays private.

On public case study pages: basic view counts. No ad trackers, no analytics cookies, no fingerprinting.

What it's used for

Running the product, and nothing else: signing you in, sending the feedback-request emails you approve, drafting your case studies, and emailing you about your waitlist spot or your account. Your data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.

Emails Encore sends

Feedback requests go to clients you added, about work you did together, and every follow-up stops the moment they leave feedback. Every email identifies who it’s from and includes a way to opt out of further follow-ups. Opted-out addresses are never emailed again.

Who else touches the data

Encore runs on a few trusted services, each doing one job: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending email), and Anthropic (drafting case study text from content you provide). Each processes data only to provide their service.

Your choices

Want your data corrected, exported, or deleted - or your email off the waitlist? Write to hello@shalvishelke.com and it’s done. Deleting your account removes your projects, feedback, and case studies with it.

Cookies

Only the ones that keep you signed in. No marketing or tracking cookies of any kind.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, account holders get an email before it takes effect.
